At Cloudflare Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
